Due to the custom nature of our products,
we are unable to offer refunds for items that have already been made specifically for you,
in case you simply change your mind. However, if you are dissatisfied with the craftsmanship
of your item, please reach out to us, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
Kindly inform us within 7 days of receiving your order, either by phone or email.
You have one of the two options to click and collect your order from our workshop in Whenuapai
or to get your oder delievered with one of our team members to your location. In either option, you are
responsible to inspect the item carefully to make sure that it is not damaged.
Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds for any damage in the gllass container.
In the event that you have received a product from us that has partially perished within two weeks
of purchase, and you have followed the care instructions provided on the reverse side of the tag
(such as a plant within your terrarium), we will address this issue at no expense to you.
It is important to note that while rare, there may be instances where certain plants do not survive
the process of replanting.
To resolve this matter, kindly schedule an appointment to return the product to our workshop located at Whenuapai.
Upon your visit, we will replace the item for you while you wait.
